    What’s required:

    • Stairlift must be in new condition
      (No visible damage or excessive wear; includes all accessories, manuals, and components)
    • Must be returned in the original packaging
    • Return must be shipped out by Day 8 (transit time does not count)
    • Return Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
      (Optional prepaid return label available upon request for a fee)
  • Returns from Day 8 to Day 30
