Frame & Welds
We cover the structural integrity of your stairlift for its lifetime. If the frame or welds fail during normal use, we’ll repair or replace them at no cost to you.

Motors & Wheels
Your lift’s drive components are covered for one year. If the motor or wheels stop functioning properly, we’ll take care of it.

Batteries
Any stairlift battery defects are covered for six months. If your stairlift loses or fails to maintain power due to a faulty battery, we’ll replace it.

All Mechanical Assemblies
This includes the gears, braking systems, and other essential moving parts. These are covered for one full year from the date of purchase.
